The Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration is a four-year undergraduate program that prepares students for leadership and administrative roles in the public sector, nonprofit organizations, and civil service. The program focuses on the principles and practices of governance, policy development, and public service delivery.
Key areas of study include public policy, administrative law, organizational behavior, budgeting and finance, ethics in public service, and human resource management. Students gain an understanding of how government institutions function and how to manage resources and people effectively within public organizations.
Graduates are equipped for careers in local and central government, NGOs, public agencies, and international organizations, or for further studies in public policy and administration.
